Program Description

Legacy Gymnastics uses SMS to provide informational communications to parents and guardians who have opted in to text messaging. Messages may include class schedule changes, weather-related closures, emergency notifications, reminders, and other operational information related to enrollment or participation.

SMS messages are not used through this program for promotional or marketing purposes.

Consent

Parents and guardians may opt in through Legacy Gymnastics' online registration system or Parent Portal by providing a mobile phone number and choosing to receive text message notifications.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or enrolling in a Legacy Gymnastics program.

Message Frequency and Charges

​

Message frequency varies depending on class schedules, closures, emergencies, and other operational needs.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

​

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Legacy Gymnastics. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Legacy Gymnastics customers may opt in to transactional and informational SMS notifications through their secure Jackrabbit Parent Portal. SMS consent is optional and must be actively selected by the customer.
